Under our Constitution, the following Provinces have 3 members of the Party and are entitled to elect Provincial Branch Chairs who become part of the Party Leadership:

FIOVA: Miestra Schiva, C. Carlüs Xheraltescù, D. N. Vercáriâ, Gödafrïeu Válcadác’h, Txec Ereufiglheu, Üc R. Tärfâ, Bradley Higgs

While we're here, I'd like to raise two topics for open debate.
1) should the Free Democrats support Talossa "getting into crypto"?
2) Why is it that new citizens are automatically signing up with the TNC? What are we doing wrong that they aren't even considering our party?
I really want to hear the candidates for incoming party leadership comment on these.

On the questions...
Crypto. Not sure. Need to see the plan before deciding.
On new members going to TNC. This will be by no means "automatic". They will be getting chased and gazumped in the background. This was how the old RUMP operated....
New member joins ... Get a party member or two to befriend them. Friendly messages by PM. Build trust. The very first day of citizenship, switch from innocent friendly mode to active recruiter mode. Rinse and repeat.
These people will not be joining TNC because the TNC somehow seems so appealing. They are joining because they are being groomed.

On TNC, i largely agree with what Eðo hs stated above, also i think it also cant help that we have been in government as long as we have, which the TNC can also use against us. Which is why we do need to focus on a strategy to counteract this, and as a party would need to do more to engage with prospective and new citizens. As recruitment i think is a key part of us moving forward as a party.
With Crypto, with the volatility of the crypto market, limited uses of Crypto for the needs of Talossa, which might make it harder to function, and the limited finances of the country, i do think it is a risk that is not worth taking for us. and is likely to cause a lot of issues short and long term.

1) Accepting crypto donations (assuming AD is right that PayPal already allows it) would not be very difficult to do, and it would not present the Kingdom with very much risk (I believe we could convert back to USD immediately if we wanted). When I presumably become Burgermeister next term I will probably look into it. Beyond that, I do not see the point of digital Talossan currency, but hey, the whole point of crypto is that it's decentralized. I don't think the Government would need to get involved.
2) Just like Eðo said, I think we are getting out-recruited. Hopefully someone has enthusiasm to start engaging with new citizens about us, but I currently do not.

First, let me state that I will not be running for another term as party president. I stepped in at a time when it was necessary to do so, but I have no plans for any sort of party leadership at this time. I will continue to support the FreeDems and do all I can for Talossa.
I am not against crypto, but I also don’t understand it and would not wish to risk the treasury on an unknown. If the next Burgermeister wants to loom into it, go for it.
