Sounds good. To the extent any of the above needs to be seconded, consider this my second. I say we give it until Saturday at 7 Talossan time, then we'll move to the official vote. Dr. Txec dal Nordselvă , do you have anything to add on judicial systems? I pretty much reformed the judicial system to the best of my ability during the previous Cosa. Other than a more effective method of removing inactive justices (BenArd, for example), I'm not sure what else can be done right now. We have so few lawyers and even fewer willing to sit on the Cort. Add to that only 1 active justice... The OrgLaw, like the constitution, is merely a framework. Statutory law clarifies and qualifies parts of the OrgLaw. For example, congress shall make no law establishing religion. Yet, through statutory and case law we have a rough guideline as to how the IRS recognizes an entity as a religion. And in New York, we have the religious corporations law which has different guidelines for specific religions (e.g. Laws related to Protestant churches, Catholic Churches and then a catch-all for "all other" religions).

"If they stalk you and harass you and file enough nuisance lawsuits, recognize them as an entity so they'll leave you alone".
Don't laugh, that's how Scientology did it!
