[EXTRAORDINARY CONVENTION] Provincial Branch Chairs

While we have your attention: I intend to also use this Extraordinary Convention to elect the remaining Provincial Branch Chairs. Voting won't open until January 1 - which is when the Party Census ends and we know for sure how many members we have in each province - but use this thread for nominations and general discussion.

Maritiimi-Maxhestic: M. T. da Biondeu-Garcia we only have one member there now, so Francis Ivan Lux has the job if he wants it.
Vuode: we only have one member there, so Chirbi Scherpa-Carriedo has the job if he wants it.

Please note that under the Constitution, the Party President acts as Branch Chair for any Province which doesn't elect their own.

Here are the final Provincial Branch Chairs of the Free Democrats. Their duties under the Constitution of the FreeDems is as follows:

1) "leaders of the party in their respective provinces and ... responsible for the distribution of seats in the legislature of the province from which they are elected" - Constitution V(iii)

2) they form the "Committee of Party Officers" along with the Leader and Secretary, who can call an Extraordinary Convention by majority vote (Constitution IX) and draws up the draft Cosâ Party List (Constitution XIV-a).

3) they conduct elections in their province for Senäts candidate (Constitution XIV-b) and may nominate a Senäts candidate themselves in emergencies if such an election can't be held in time (Constitution XIV-c).
